1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of product delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is mandatory for all return requests.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Innerwear

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
