  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • A shipping confirmation email along with tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.


2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within India only.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and product weight/size.

  • Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.

  • Shipping charges, once paid, are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Share clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but the package is not received:

  • Please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the courier partner.
