  • Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered

2.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Used, washed, altered, or damaged items (except manufacturing defects)

3. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.

  • Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.

  • In some cases, bank or payment gateway delays may extend the timeline.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return or cancellation is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

5. Failed or Duplicate Payments

  • In case of failed or duplicate payments, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification.

Zencode Ai Private Limited reserves the right to deny refunds if:

  • The return request does not meet eligibility criteria

  • The product is returned in unacceptable condition

  • Required details or proof of purchase are not provided
